Whether you are travelling alone, with a partner/friend, family or group, our new package is the perfect choice for you. Accompanying person(s) can book accommodation and breakfast only, if they do not wish to practice yoga.

We are equipped with guest yoga mats, blocks, straps, blankets and meditation cushions. If you have your own mat you are welcome to bring it as well as a small sweat towel and a mat pad or large towel (especially in the hot months).

During the Yoga Holidays we recommend that you fully engage with the programme and the effects of all the exercises which also means renouncing or at least limiting smoking and alcohol. The “clearer” you are during the programme the more you get out of it personally, physically and mentally.
Public bus connections are available, but the buses are not very frequent and take a long time – a car is therefore recommended.
The capital Cagliari and the holiday town of Villasimius are both around 30 minutes away by car. There are many fantastic beaches to the east along the coastal road. The natural park “Parco di Sette Fratelli” with various hiking routes is located directly behind us.
Our “house beach” can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot and is ideal for a refreshing swim. From our house, a 30-minute walk through the macchia will take you to the bay “Baia Azzurra”. The beach is beautiful, there are sandy parts, a wooden pier and it is great for swimming and snorkelling.

Depending on availability all rooms can be booked as single occupancy. Please let us know your request when you make your booking.
Breakfast is vegetarian: muesli or porridge, home-made bread, cakes, jams and spreads, seasonal fruit, local cheese and honey, butter, tea, coffee etc., is served after the morning session depending on the programme.
Our tab water is drinkable (don’t forget to bring a drinking bottle).
Rental car: We recommend arriving with your own car or taking a rental car as this allows you to be more independent and see the beautiful beaches and spots in the surrounding area. Sardinia is so colourful and has so much to offer! (i.e. billiger-mietwagen.de
Transfers: As we are in a rural area, there is no infrastructure within walking distance! If you still prefer to travel without a car, we can help you organise a driver. There is also public transport.

Extension day(s): The Yoga Holiday Package can be booked from 3 days or longer, depending on availability. You can also bok further yoga classes. If your travelling partner does not wish to take part in the yoga classes, you can also book accommodation and breakfast only.
A deposit of 30% is payable on booking (by Paypal or bank transfer), the balance on arrival. For cancellations of less than 30 days, the deposit will be retained. You can find detailed information in our T&Cs.
The minimum age for retreat participation is 16 years. Pets are not permitted.
I first came into contact with yoga over 20 years ago and from the very first moment I was fascinated by the calmness, concentration and strength that carries these body positions. After a few years, I decided to develop my yoga practice further. In 2010 I travelled to South India, where I spent some time and participated participated in my first teacher training in the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Meenakshi Ashram in Madurai (Indien).
After that, I continued to expand my knowledge with topics such as pranayama, philosophy, anatomy and adjustment, as well as taking part in further Teacher Trainings (Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with Manju P. Jois), retreats, workshops and training courses. In 2022-23, i graduated the training programme for certified mental and communication trainer which had a great influence on my teaching methods and content. Beginning of 2024 i will complete the training as a Thai Nuad Massage practitioner in ITM school in Chiang Mai (Thailand).
I have been teaching yoga in the form of group and private lessons and courses since 2011 and have been running international interdisciplinary retreats and workshops since 2022. As a Thai Nuad practitioner, I will also offer body treatments in the future and work on a holistic level.
I assist and support people in the process of development, healing, growth and transformation in order to nurture and strengthen the most important things in all of us: mental, spiritual and physical health, serenity and well-being. I look forward to getting to know you and working with you!
