DATA PROTECTION

• This website uses TLS encryption for security and privacy reasons. This prevents third parties from intercepting and reading the data you enter during transmission. You can recognise active encryption by the green padlock or similar symbols in the address bar of your browser.
• If you contact us by form on the website, by e-mail or by telephone, the data you provide will be stored by us for six months for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.
• The server from which this website is provided automatically stores information transmitted to us by your browser in so-called log files. These are: Time of the request, the page visited, the IP address of the accessing computer in anonymised form, browser type and browser version, operating system used, referrer URL (i.e. the page from which you came to us). This data is used exclusively for the technical monitoring of the web server (utilisation, error detection, optimisation, security) and is absolutely necessary for this purpose. They are not linked to other data sources so that they cannot be attributed to individual persons. They are deleted after three months.
• We maintain online presences within various social platforms in order to communicate with the customers, interested parties and users active there and to inform them about our services. When calling up the respective networks and platforms, the data processing guidelines and terms and conditions of the respective operator apply.

Contract execution

Data processing on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit b (necessary for the performance of the contract) of the DSGVO:

• The following data will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the contract:
  Name, address, email address, language, products purchased and order date.
  The data you provide is required for the performance of the contract or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data we cannot complete the contract with you.
• In the event of a contract being concluded, all data from the contractual relationship shall be stored until the expiry of the retention period under tax law (7 years).
• The data name, address, e-mail address, language, purchased products and order date will be stored until the expiry of the product liability (10 years).

Website operation

Data processing on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit f (legitimate interest) of the DSGVO:

• This website uses the web analytics service Matomo, which is self-operated. The data collected in this way is transferred to our server and stored there. The IP address is recorded but immediately pseudonymised (by deleting the last 8 bits). This means that exact localisation is no longer possible.
• This website uses the following services to measure the effectiveness as well as the economic profitability of advertisements (“online marketing”):
  • “Meta Pixel” of the provider Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Habour, Dublin 2, Ireland. Privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy, Opt-Out: https://www.facebook.com/adpreferences/ad_settings

• This website uses third-party content and services, e.g. to integrate fonts or videos. This assumes that the providers of this content are aware of your IP address, as they would not be able to send content to your browser without an IP address. The IP address is thus required for the display of the content. Providers may also use the pseudonymised data for statistical or marketing purposes.

Optional Services

You have the possibility to subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this we need your e-mail address and your declaration that you agree to receive the newsletter. Once you have registered for the newsletter, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to confirm your registration. Accordingly, the data processing is based on the legal provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) of the DSGVO. You can cancel your subscription to the newsletter at any time. To cancel, please use the link at the end of each newsletter or contact us. We will then immediately delete your data in connection with the newsletter dispatch. When you register for the newsletter, your e-mail address, the date of your registration and the IP address used are stored on our servers. 

You rights

You are generally entitled to the rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights have otherwise been violated in some way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.
