The Surya Shala on our roof terrace with a view of the azure blue Tyrrhenian Sea and the lush green hills of the surrounding area offer the perfect ambiance that will enchant you and put you in a relaxed mood.

Dynamic, Ashtanga-inspired Vinyasa or gentle Yin Yoga with pranayama (breathwork) and meditation

Whether you are a beginner or already practicing yoga, our yoga classes are open for all levels. You can also join and practice the first Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga series in Mysore-style.

Please register by 6 pm the day before via Whatsapp or email. Yoga mats are available. The number of participants is limited to 10. There is one resting day per week (mostly Sundays).
*The Yin Yoga evening class takes place upon arrangement.

Thai Nuad Bodywork combines traditional techniques from Thailand with modern approaches to bodywork to offer a holistic experience. Gentle stretches, specific pressure on acupressure points and Sen Lines (energy lines) combined with rhythmic movement put the body in a state of deep relaxation, while energy blockages are released and natural circulation is stimulated. Our experienced bodyworkers treat your body and your needs individually and our roof terrace offers a relaxing ambience!

Yoga meets La dolce vita! A unique and individual experience for couples, friends, teams or families!

We start with meditation, yoga and pranayama (breathwork) in our Surya Shala on the roof terrace. This is followed by a delicious, homemade brunch or aperitivo prepared with lots of love. In true “Blue Zone” style, our food is seasonal and mostly sourced from local farmers in the area.

My Journey with Yoga and Holistic Development

Over 20 years ago, I encountered yoga for the first time—a moment that captivated me instantly. The sense of calm, focus, and inner strength inherent in the practice of yoga left a profound impression on me. A few years later, I decided to deepen my understanding and connection with yoga. In 2010, this journey led me to South India, where I completed my first yoga teacher training at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Meenakshi Ashram in Madurai.

In the years that followed, I expanded my knowledge in areas such as pranayama, philosophy, anatomy, and adjustment. I participated in various teacher trainings, including Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with Manju P. Jois, and attended numerous retreats, workshops, and advanced trainings. In 2022/23, I broadened my expertise by completing a diploma in Mental and Communication Training, which had a significant impact on my teaching methods and approach. At the beginning of 2024, I added another layer to my practice by becoming a certified Thai Nuad Massage practitioner at the ITM School in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Since 2011, I have been teaching yoga through group and private sessions, courses, as well as international retreats and workshops. As a Thai Nuad practitioner, I also offer holistic bodywork treatments, supporting my clients on multiple levels of wellbeing and balance.

My approach

I guide and support individuals in their processes of development, healing, growth, and transformation. Together, we work towards enhancing mental, emotional, and physical health while fostering serenity and wellbeing.
