Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Beginners Retreat

Experience a week of yoga, rest, and inspiration on the beautiful island of Sardinia.

This retreat is open to everyone interested in yoga – both beginners and those wishing to deepen their practice. Inspired by the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga method, we will explore the Primary Series in detail. You’ll learn about the asanas (postures), their structure, effects, and proper alignment, and discover how to adapt them to your individual needs. The aim is to give you an understanding of the essence of Ashtanga Yoga and support you in creating a practice that strengthens, nourishes, and accompanies you – on and off the mat.

There will be plenty of time for personal guidance and individual adjustments so that everyone can find a practice that truly fits.

A special highlight is the New Moon on Saturday, May 16, 2026 – a symbolic moment for new beginnings. Its energy invites you to release what no longer serves and start fresh with clarity and intention.
