Afternoon sessions include philosophy of Ashtanga Vinyasa, individual approach to the practice, jump through aka Vinyasa, armbalances, inversions like handstands and forearm stands, therapeutics, adjustments and alignment. <\/p>\n<p>The classes will be held in English and are around 4-4,5h per day, except of 2 free afternoons, as well as on arrival and departure day. This accumulates to around 25h of training time, which gives you plenty of time off a swell. In the free time you can enjoy the stunning rooftop overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, get to meet new friends or just relax on the beach and soak in the smooth rays of the autumn sun.
