Dive into the summer with us, recharge your batteries with dynamic, playful Vinyasa Yoga, regenerate with gentle Yin Yoga, self-care, massage and enjoy the delicious »blue zone« kitchen. We are very much looking forward to share this transformative week with you, to practice Yoga together and to many enriching moments and inspiring connections.

The retreat takes place in a small group with a limited number of participants with a max. of 10 people. The teaching language is German and English. Reserve your spot and write to us!

Per person in a double room: € 1.135,– instead of € 1.295,–

Per person in a single room: € 1.450,– instead of € 1.610,–

Rooms are assigned depending on availability and the formation of the group. There are 3 double rooms with private bathroom and outside seating area and one superior room with two double rooms, a bathroom, entrance room and private balcony with sea view. All rooms can also be booked for single use. (Booking conditions further below)

  • 17:00-18:30 Workshop or Yin Yoga on 3 afternoons

  • Departure (time depends on the destination): The destination is decided together according to interests, possibilities and weather (e.g. visit to a beach, hike, boat trip, SUP, cultural site…). Participation is optional. Participation is optional.
  • Dinner on the day of the excursion will be outside. (Consumption is to be paid individually on site)
  • We meet at 17:00 for a closing ritual with a reflection session and a farewell aperitivo
  • On the last evening we drive to a restaurant or agriturismo for dinner. (Consumption is to be paid individually on site)
  • 8:00 a.m. Morning meditation
  • 8:30 Breakfast and farewell

My Journey with Yoga and Holistic Development
Over 20 years ago, I encountered yoga for the first time—a moment that captivated me instantly. The sense of calm, focus, and inner strength inherent in the practice of yoga left a profound impression on me. A few years later, I decided to deepen my understanding and connection with yoga. In 2010, this journey led me to South India, where I completed my first yoga teacher training at the Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Meenakshi Ashram in Madurai.

In the years that followed, I expanded my knowledge in areas such as pranayama, philosophy, anatomy, and adjustment. I participated in various teacher trainings, including Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga with Manju P. Jois, and attended numerous retreats, workshops, and advanced trainings. In 2022/23, I broadened my expertise by completing a diploma in Mental and Communication Training, which had a significant impact on my teaching methods and approach. At the beginning of 2024, I added another layer to my practice by becoming a certified Thai Nuad Massage practitioner at the ITM School in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

Since 2011, I have been teaching yoga through group and private sessions, courses, as well as international retreats and workshops. As a Thai Nuad practitioner, I also offer holistic bodywork treatments, supporting my clients on multiple levels of wellbeing and balance.

My Approach
I guide and support individuals in their processes of development, healing, growth, and transformation. Together, we work towards enhancing mental, emotional, and physical health while fostering serenity and wellbeing.

I look forward to meeting you and collaborating with you on your journey to greater balance and vitality.
